- Observing tags such as ~o~ for (Free and slaves) are not allowed in Port
Kar and are subject to Immediate Capture and or Force Collar By Port Kar RGW
Members Only.
- All actions can be judge by any Captain of the CoC but the 1st Captain’s
word is final.
- All wandering slaves will be captured and caged by Port Kar RGW Members
ONLY. Owners will be identified then notified through online role play. Port
Kar will claim the slave if not retrieved in 48 hours. (If your Owner is
away r/t for whatever reason One from your Homestone May Claim You and Pay
the fees for our generosity of Boarding Feeding and Seeing to Your Safety
Evil Grin).
- All actions in Port Kar RGW are only eligible to individuals with correct
tags containing name, Homestone or have already established themselves in
the role play of Port Kar.
- Cloaked & Hooded tags are allowed provided they contain the individuals
tags and placed after the individuals normal tags.
- NO black or dark fonts or illegible fonts are allowed.
- NPCs (Non Player Characters) are allowed in Port Kar but Not in the event
You Raid Us (Unless you have No Problem with the City of Port Kar Using NPC
Characters to retaliate During the Raid)
Rules
Role Play
This is Our version of Port Kar. If You Object to Our actions or Do Not Like
it Do NOT Play Here. This is Your Only Warning.
Visitors and Members alike will employ proper role play while within Port
Kar, You will use the Pull downs for travel and access to All areas of the
City. Slaves be warned that when you enter the city the guards will bind and
gag you then bring you before the Dais in the Main Hall if they do NOT
recognize you as of Port Kar. There is a standard Three post kill that
applies in Our City to all Members and Visitors. There Are ONLY Three Ways
to Enter Port Kar and they are, By Sea, By the Marshes and By air. USE the
Appropriate Entrance to Port Kar when Entering.
Raid Rules

IS NOT ALLOWING RAIDS
Frees
All Visiting Free are welcome in Port Kar as long as they respect the
members of Our City and Follow any and all Rules of Port Kar, Not Doing so
will find you either Killed or Barred From Our City.
Free Woman Traveling Alone In Port Kar be advised NOW You do so at your own
risk, You are strongly encourged to seek Protection from One of the CoC or
to use NPC escorts/guards. Free Visitors are Permitted to Private Message
Other Free for the sake of asking questions.
Thieves
Port Kar is Home to the Thieves Guild and Caste of Thieves, The Thieves
Control the Lower Canals and are permitted in Port Kar. If Caught working
your trade be advised that you Can and Will be dealt with in a Gorean Manner
befitting your Crimes laid out By Gorean Laws.
slaves
All wandering and or owned slaves will be caged in Port Kar RGW. Only slaves
approved by a PK member (Authorized by the CoC) may enter and must have
proper tags reflecting the name of the individual Member of Port Kar RGW who
is protecting you while in the City. (Understand that even if invited and
you act in a fashion unbecoming of a slave you WILL be Caged and either
Kept/Killed or your Owner Notified of the reasons. Escape from Port Kar is
futile (Any slave who does try to runaway will be considered DEAD as there
is no escape from Port Kar. The ocean to one side, the tharlarion filled
saltwater marshes at another.
